There is a new comment that says Hefner isn't in the office much. I
was under the impression that he was going to be a full time
commissioner. Does anyone know for sure?

One cannot investigate and explore citizen's requests for service sometimes, without getting out of the office. Please give these new commissioner's a break. Walk a mile in their shoes and stop with the quick judgements. Looks like they are being very transparent in their presentations during court meetings. The public gets to comment, etc. What else do you want; the same 'good ole boy' mentality back in there? Come on...grow up and help them with your support.
