Well here we go again. It seems that Ambrose is now going to sue
Brenda Patterson and Peggy LaGrone for the money they spent on
unsuccessful recounts in last March Republican primaries. Patterson
cannot be found and LaGrone says shes not paying him anything. So Its
back to court for the Republican party. This just keeps getting
funnier and funnier. Oh yeah and the newly, court mandated, precinct
chairs have called a meeting of the Republican party executive
committee for Sat. 4:30 at the Republican headquarters in Gilmer.
This should be one hellava show.

Well at the meeting last Saturday it was uncovered that the Texas Rangers are involved in the " Where's the money " controversy of the Republican Party of Upshur Co.
ReplyDeleteJust read the Longview and Tyler newspapers today, February 1, 2010 and you will find out the story about confiscating of records and the Texas Rangers involvement in regard to Ken E. Ambrose, Chairman of the GOP in Upshur County. Seems the Executive Committee can't get any records, financial or otherwise, from Ambrose. He is doing absolutely NOTHING with the Party except run it into the ground. Maybe, that was his plan all along. After all, he ran his own business/s into Bankrupty in 2005 (on the internet is says 169 INTITIES were filed on). He really is a wonderful businessman isn't he? He was gonna really take the GOP in Upshur County to heights Brenda Patterson couldn't. Well, look where he is now. Boo Hoo!
ReplyDeleteKEN AMBROSE, Republican Party Chairman, has dropped his 'Appeal' suit against Judge Banner's ruling for the three plaintiff chairmen who WON their case against him, not once, but twice. The Hot Breath of Justice is breathing down his neck and he knows the jig is up on his Upshur County Republican Party Chairman Reign!
ReplyDeleteNow, we wonder if Ken Ambrose will drop the suit against Peggy LaGrone and Brenda Patterson also for money he said they owed the Party? He really doesn't have a case because it's already been proved that they don't owe the money. Their bills have been paid by the state. However, he still owes Brenda Patterson some $700 and he doesn't have the money. Wonder where he spent all the money? $7,300 was in the Primary account when he confiscated the two accounts and then the State issued him a check for some $28,000. He had more than enough money to pay the Primary bills and Mrs. Patterson, but chose not to do it. Now, he says there is NO money and he had to put in money of his own to pay Hart Intercivic. Hogwash! He probably used the money for the Austin attorney he used to defend himself against the three Party Chairs. He does not make smart choices and therefore, he cannot make the choice of the consequences either.
ReplyDeleteKEN AMBROSE, CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY OF UPSHUR COUNTY.
ReplyDeleteOnce again, Ken Ambrose has lost in his bid to hurt Brenda Patterson. http://www.news-journal.com/news/local/article_6de49712-e944-5142-acaf-e57430ec39c3.html
He's a three time loser. When is he going to stop with his "I'm the boss!" attitude about a Republican Party that he and his wife know nothing about. The complete 'ineptness' that he is showing to the whole state of Texas is like a circus clown. It's beyond getting old.
Go to www.rpuc.us ( the REAL Republican Party website) to see the truth about Brenda Patterson, Cynthia Ridgeway and Madaline Barber and what actually happened at the executive committee meeting on the day Brenda Certified the elections in which she was defeated. You blood will boil and skin will crawl when you see the lenghts they went to make the newly elected chair powerless and for them to keep the power...look at the disputed by laws to see the changes they attempted to make, it all there in black and white!
