Commissioners Court

Well putting duct tape on your mouth and going to the court house has
become so popular that people are coming from other counties to
participate. The news cameras were rolling and the show was on. One
Commissioner tried to rush the meeting to end but the other two
decided that " The show must go on ". The judge decided there was a
better place to be today and there were no signs of the sheriff or a
deputy on hand to threaten any of the tape wearers. Oh Upshur Co. you
never let us down.

  1. If "Aqua Net" crittenden would stop calling the papers and tv perhaps Upshur County Commissioner Court would not be the laughing stock of the state. crittenden loves to see his name in the papers and his "Aqua Net" hair on the tv. he is without a doubt the worse elected official ever in Upshur County.

  2. crittenden wants to be like Steve Findley. Well let us talk about findley - smoke and mirrors. Dead beat dad. false addresses on court papers. sued ex wife for child support when she was making $400 per week. refused to give over document for titan dymanics so he would not have to pay more child support.

  3. crittenden's hero is Brenda Patterson. well let us talk about brenda. some people avoid their creditors but not brenda oh no not brenda. she has the constable nail the notice on the door to her house. is it time to expose the real people?

  4. Has anyone checked to see if Brenda Patterson voted? Me thinks that you will find she did not vote anywhere in the state of Texas. Interesting how she is able to hold an office in the state republican party. Same as with steve findley. Maybe if you can scam people like steve and brenda can and collect money for the republican party then the party awards you somehow. I don't know but would love to have our state rep bryan hughes investigate, but wait he is the one who nomanatied brenda for her position. perhaps we need to look into him also. Public information is such a wonderful thing.

  5. Mrs. Patterson paid her total bill for the recount; however, Ms. Peggy LaGrone still owes the Republican Party of Texas and outstanding $3,500 balance. I'll bet it never gets paid, what do you bet? She has said that she "is the Republican Party in Upshur County!" What does that tell you about her? Anyway, she is out of the Clerk's office; she was thrown under the bus. Now there can be integrity in the Clerk's office again.

  6. Interesting how a public dialog exists here on Free Speech and yet not one poster has the foresight or courage to post their name. Everyone hides behind "anonymous". They are making accusations, calling names, defending, documenting "facts" without feeling they need to identify themselves. Coward:":A person who wants (lacks) courage to meet danger or opposition; a poltroon.
Freedom of Speech implies having something worth saying and being identified with it.
Stop hiding behind anonymous and identify yourself. Face a "jury" of your peers.
If you think that F.O.S. gives you the right to say anything try yelling "robbery" in the bank the next time you are there.
An anonymous post has no integrity at all.
