Let's talk about what's happening in Upshur County...
Hopefully cleaning up a vacant lot won't cost the taxpayers of Upshur County as much as remodel of the Courthouse!!
Better the Historic Commission be in charge of the restoring than the Judge and his cohorts. All the money would suddenly disappear and we would be on the hook for more money...isn't that how it works in Upshur County?
