Upshur Co. Growing Fast! | Libertarian Party of Texas

Amie Parsons met with the Upshur County team.  Shown in the picture is Vance Lowry, Allen Weatherford, June Forbing, and Sherri Little.  All four are running for office in November.  They all have a real shot at winning the seats and becoming the first ever Upshur Co. Libertarian office holders.  This is really exciting news and we wish them the best of luck in their races!

Commisssioners court

Well now! These guys can't clean a vacant lot in Pritchett, But were
gonna trust them to remodel the whole Courthouse. This should be good!

Republicans

....And now one of the Republican candidates is on ''Wife Swap''.
And I thought it couldn't get any weirder!

Democrats

I have been asked why I never put anything up here about the
Democrats in Upshur County. I haven't heard anything from or about
the Democrats, If you know of anything they are doing please let me.
I guess the Republicans have been to entertaining.

Well according to todays paper the republican family feud goes on. Is
this a mess or what?

Libertarians to meet

the Upshur county Libertarians will meet Tuesday May 11, at the
Buckeye Country cafe'. Special guest speaker will be Amie Parsons
from the state party. Anyone interested in the Libertarian Party is
encouraged to come out and get information. Time 6:30pm.

There was no change in the recount. Ken Ambrose is the Chairman of
the Upshur Republican party.
