I noticed that the "illegal" gambling joint, over by the post office,
that Billy Bird shut down and said would not be allowed in this
county, is back and running at full speed.

Legislators get raise

Texas legislators give themselves 1,000 dollars increase to run their
offices. Only 11 State Reps voted against it, and no, one of them was
not Bryan Hughes.
